The Gochkeys’ 10-Point Interview® is our proprietary method of ensuring you receive new candidate information in a consistent way.  It means when Gochkeys presents a candidate we do so via email and then follow up with a phone call.  Attached to the email will be the candidate’s resume as well as their signed NDA customized to your organization.  Each email will detail the candidate’s technical abilities, why the candidate’s looking and what your organization can offer, and what Gochkeys sees as positives and concerns.

Central to our ProCruitment process, Gochkeys will be in consistent contact with your organization from the first time you express interest in our Contingency Search until a successful hire is made.  This includes helping draft a custom job description, providing weekly search updates, scheduling candidate interviews, ensuring candidates are prepared for each step, salary negotiation, and completing references.

Ultimately you make the hiring decision, but we understand sometimes things don’t work out.  That can be extremely frustrating, disappointing and expensive, to say nothing of what it does to your relationship with us.  

Consequently we offer a 12-month, monthly-prorated replacement guarantee.  If anything goes wrong in the first 12 months of hiring a Gochkeys’ candidate, you automatically have a credit toward the replacement search.
